Zapfler Ale beer brewed with tons of fresh ginger, it will warm you up with 7% alcohol. This gingery ale beer gives a good taste of light sweetness yet not too spicy taste flavor, is perfect for this cold weather.
Made from pure Apple Juice, fermented with Champagne Yeast.

Based on the original 200 year old recipe from the Hirsch brewery in the Black Forest (Germany). Fermented with fresh yeast, therefore not always available.

The blue cheese in the New Orleans sauce pairs great with a dark and roasty beer like ZAPFLER Dunkel beer.
Berlin curry pieces
The spicy fried chicken pieces and IPA are a match made in heaven. The bitter hop flavors give the spice another kick. Wanna tone it down? Try a malty beer like the Amsterdam Golden Swaen.
Darker beers are a great choice for the crunchy pork knuckle. We suggest you’ll try the Zapfler Dunkel. With it’s 5,4% alcohol and bitternes indication of 25 IBU it suits the rich taste of the pork knuckle.

The Wiener (Vienna) Schnitzel is typically paired with a Hefeweizen. ZAPFLER’s wheat beer is like a German Hefeweizen but brewed with Spelt malt. It’s fruity, light and refreshing.
