ZAPFLER'S OWN LIQUOR
Late 2017 ZAPFLER introduced Mate based craft liquor.
ZAPFLER also distills other liquors like Bierbrand which is made of Floezlinger Special, Ginger, Raki and spicy Cinnamon. These are called Schnapps in Germany and are strong distilled spirits with ABV 32% or more.
ZAPFLER serves Schnapps like honey Schnapps and Ginger Schnapps.

Our liquors
ZAPFLER distills its own liquors in the brewery. We currently serve six flavors.
Ginger 42% ABV
Double distilled from our famous Ginger beer, with additional Fresh Ginger.
MATE 70% ABV
Argentinian Mate Leaves, extracted at the first distillation liquid (Rohbrand) and distilled a second time

RAKI, 70% ABV
Corn based alcohol, distilled second time with Star Anis, enjoyed usually dilluted with water and on the rocks or as a shot in a Heike Mate energy drink.
HONEY LIQUEUR, 42%ABV
Corn based alcohol, distilled second time with Orange Skin, cinnamon, cloves and other spices. Refined with pure Honey!
Pure Distillation of our traditional beer Floezlinger Special, smooth to drink, noble beer aroma. This liquor is also known as 'EAU DE VIE DE BIERE'.
CINNAMON, 42% ABV
Cinnamon bark, dried Orange Skin and various other herbs gives this liquor its unique taste during the second distillation. The liquor than will age for over one month with Cinnamon to get his specific color and intense, smooth taste.

ZAPFLER serves delicious drinks with Heike Mate.
Cider lovers can add Heike Mate for a twist to their regular drink. Wanna have a stronger kick? Try the Heike Jaeger which are 2 shots of Jaegermeister and Heike Mate.
Or try the Rita Mate named after our singer Rita. Her favorite drink is Heike Mate with lime, mint and cucumber.
