German Specialities
Whole pork knuckle
Marinated in our Craft Beer for 24 hours, roasted until crispy and served with home-made Sauerkraut. The crunchy pork knuckle serves up to two people.
ZAPFLER SAUSAGE PLATE
This fan favorite is packed with a cheese sausage, chorizo, Thueringer sausage and more!
SCHNITZEL
The famous German Schnitzel is a crumbed and fried pork loin Schnitzel service with side dishes.
Beef Rib Fingers
Beef rib fingers served with roasted potato and sauteed vegetables.
Filet steak
220 gram steak Angus beef served with sautéed vegetables and roasted potatoes (Changzhou & Jintan) or french fries (Shanghai).
BEEF GOULASH
Beef cubes in plenty of sauce with potatoes and carrot cubes. Served with home-made beer bread.
Snacks
New Orleans Chicken Wings
Chicken wings fried until crispy and served New Orleans style.
SNACK PLATTER
The snack set rocks chicken wings, spicy beef spring rolls, Berlin chicken pieces and french fries.
SPICY BEEF SPRING ROLLS
Home-made spring rolls with 100% beef. Served per four.
Schnitzel Vienna Style
Two crumbed and fried pork loin Schnitzels cut in slices.
Crispy Cashew Nuts
ZAPFLER's crowd goes nuts for the crispy cashew nuts.
