Craving a good beer, Dirk Frauenheim started brewing in the backyard of his factory.

This followed after a night of drinking Chinese beer with his friend Rolf. They longed for the fresh craft beer from their hometowns in the Black Forest in Germany.

这一切源于与他的朋友Rolf在一个夜晚畅饮中国啤酒后，他们都怀念家乡德国黑森林地区的新鲜精酿啤酒

ZAPFLER Jintan opened|扎夫金坛店开业

Local government spotted Dirk brewing and offered the beautiful Jinsha Park location that’s still home to ZAPFLER today!

当地政府发现了Dirk的酿酒事业，便为他提供了如今ZAPFLER所在的美丽金沙公园

Shortly after opening in 2014, the 10 HL brew house expanded to 15 fermenters.

2014年开业后不久，这座10HL的酿酒厂便扩展到了15个发酵罐

Dipping our toe in Shanghai|我们开始在上海试水拓展业务

A little hole-in-the-wall location became ZAPFLER’s first| Shanghai location. With 12 tasty craft beers on tap this location was an instant hit amongst the Yong Kang Lu crowd.

一个不起眼的小店铺成为了ZAPFLER在上海的首个据点。这里有12款美味的精酿啤酒现打供应，很快就在永康路的人群中大受欢迎

Shanghai Found 158|上海158坊

ZAPFLER moved from its tiny location in Yong Kang Lu to ‘it’-place Found 158.

ZAPFLER从永康路的小店搬迁到了热门地段Found 158。

This location  won the award for ‘Craft Beer Bar of the Year 2017’ in the That’s Shanghai awards and ‘Readers Choice’ from ShanghaiWOW.

这一新店铺在That’s Shanghai年度奖项中荣获“2017年度精酿啤酒吧”大奖，并获得上海WOW的“读者选择奖”

Expanding to Changzhou|拓展至常州

A former textile factory called Canal 5 is home to ZAPFLER’s third location. This creative hub along canal number five is a lively place packed with creative companies and cultural companies.
